I have the pleasure of such communication once more. It is I, Soltec who comes forth. This day I wear the cap of the Ashtar Command and and are their representative.

We have always been most active about your globe. Many wrongly surmise that if we are not in constant contact with you, then we are not about your planet. This is not so. Many wonderous acts of service are being done behind the scenes, not only here with the Command, but with Lightworkers on the Earth plane also.

It is now time that the Command made itself more visible or 'public', as it were, on your planet. Earth itself has been consolidated and stabilised for the present. There is no turning back the pages of history. Ascension is inevitable and with it comes the necessity of introducing ourselves to as many of humanity as possible. It is only right that ones upon Earth should begin to meet those friends who extend them a helping hand into the next dimension.

This, of course, will be a carefuly executed event. Firstly, we will reveal ourselves to those of you whom we have been working with and through for many years. We will also visibly display ourselves to key politicians and scientists so that they may have the choice to acknowledge us or discredit us after having made contact. Then, more visitations, in your dream state, will occur for the mass of humanity.

We will enter into a campaign of spreading our imagery through your media. That is, many artistic interpretations of our forms will begin to circulate, as they have been, amongst Ligtworkers and then gradually to the wider community. So-called fictional sci-fi books, which will gain mass popularity, will actually be truth disguised as fiction. This will gently accustom humans to the concept of the Ashtar Command. Your popular culture films will begin to take on a distinct 'Ascension' flavour and positive ET movies will begin to flourish. Your media culture is the strongest influence on your western society and it is therefore obvious that we would begin to announce ourselves to the mass consciousness in this manner.

Our Light craft will grace your skies more often in a visible, holgraphic form. Many of you have alreay noticed an increase in 'sightings'. What we would ask of you, our Lightworkers, is that you would begin to prepare others in advance of our gradual visibility. There will be many ones who will confuse us with negative ET encounters. Indeed, the greys will take advantage of the opportunity to confuse the populace and attempt to tarnish our image. Ones must be made aware of the distinction between the ships of Light and the ships of abduction.

I say to you now, any visitations or sightings in the immediate future from us will be holographic. Your Earth plane is still too dense for us to manifest in energy form or body. Any encounter with ones that are of the flesh or matter or whose craft appear metallic are ETs who are of a lower vibration and are therefore negative. Until Earth heightens her energies to at least meet the fifth dimension at a half-way point, we will not be with you in physical form. However, with the speed of your Ascension, it will not be in the too distant future that we will be able to embrace as friends.
