Back to Basics
By Soltec through Soltec
Dearest ones of Light it is Soltec who comes forth to speak with you. I welcome that you have purchased this magazine as it continues to be the voice of the Ashtar Command and of our dearest lord Sananda.
There has been much afoot within the Lightworker community over the last 18 months, and within it has transpired quite a testing ground. Each Lightworker, on a personal level, has had to contend with his or her own testing of faith and willingness to commit to a cause seemingly unprovable. I would say to you, that this process of Ascension, and of being an active party to it through the chosen path of Lightworker, has always been acknowledged by us on higher realms as being a process of individual transformation, resulting in a collective Ascension. In undergoing the trials and tribulations (and lets not forget the joy and wonder) of your spiritual path, you are in the process of Ascending.
Let us bring Ascension back to its basics and away from the myriad of truths and counter truths as espoused by a burgeoning channel-industry, shall we say. Ascension is about wanting to accept a more loving and unified reality, such as the reality embodied by fifth dimensional energies and beyond. Ascension is about personal evolution, yet it hinges upon acts of selflessness. The lynch-pin of Ascension is a return to Unconditional Love, for without it, personal growth cannot occur. How quickly we forget this as we rush to queue before the alter of our own salvation, leaving others in our wake.
Western society is built upon the foundation of individuality and self-determination; not an unholy goal in itself, but now greatly distorted at the expense of empathy and compassion. It is easy for Lightworkers, socialised by such self-awareness, to become prey to the ego and a self-centred path heavily disguised as spiritualism. The "me" generation focuses upon its own navel, while friends and family call upon deaf ears for help. Dearest ones, I do not mean to be harsh, for it is a difficult thing to transcend the foibles of humanness (which interestingly, one can only do by surrendering to one's humanity). But none-the-less, the fact remains that Ascension is about more than one's own personal enlightenment. Yes, it is important to work upon oneself, or shall I say, allow one's knowingness to return. We have often said that the most you can do for others is to heal yourself first, and this still stands true. But i n the quest for self-knowledge, often we can ignore the needs in others or tread upon their feelings.
Lightworkers need to set their house in order. It is one thing to loftily concentrate on healing the world or leading humanity en masse to enlightenment, but another thing when one's own home-life is suffering. How can one truly be a Lightworker when one's family or friends are being neglected or judged, however subtlety, yet one still blows the trumpet of Ascension? Is it blindness, hypocrisy? Is it the ego delighting in performing before others, yet remiss in giving to its domestic life where the potential for applause is less. Let us really begin to query our motives. It is easy to profess love for a faceless, concept of humanity, but much harder to unconditionally apply that Love to the people you come in contact with every day of your life and know so well. For all of your willingness to lead the way for humanity, to put one's needs aside to toil in healing and channelling for others, is not your greatest need perhaps the spotlight? perhaps to be seen as the one holding a greater truth, and as a result denying another's truth as surely only one truth can exist and that is mine? Sometimes it is the silent toiler who is the greatest sage.
It is no accident that conflicting channelings have been on the increase about the globe. No, it is not about darkness planting seeds of sabotage and mistrust. It is not external; nothing about your Ascension is. It's about the Lightworker community leading the way through example. In order to grow spiritually you must live spiritually. In order to show others the Light, you need to live a life of Light. It is w hat Lord Sananda did say 2,000 years ago, and still you need to listen. Bickering and division within the Lightworker community is an outward sign that individuals are not living what they preach. Until one surrenders the self to unconditional Love, until one surrenders the need to have their voice heard above all others, until one surrenders the desire to even find the answers, the ultimate truth that in reality may not even exist, then Ascension cannot occur and will not manifest. And above all, one must release the weapon of judgment.
Dear friends, live what you preach. If you can't live it, then you truly don't believe in it, and shouldn't preach it. Ascension isn't a complex process at all; Unconditional Love is the only path - no other tools are nece ssary. The human mind creates complexity out of simpleness. You can keep creating Ascension keys, tools, books, tapes until the cows come home, but at the end of the day, if there is not selfless love and forgiveness in your heart, all amounts to nothing. By all means utilise these tools but see them as teachings which will bring you to the point of wanting to Ascend and of helping you to clarify your goals; but they will not help you to actually Ascend, as only you hold the key to your own enlightenment.
Remember this, if you can love yourself and as a result love others, if you can no longer pass judgment upon yourself, and therefore not cast judgment upon others, if you can forgive yourself, and as a result forgive others, then that day will be the day of your Ascension.
