Dearest ones of Light, it is I Akhnaton who comes forth once more to speak with you. I would like to touch upon the issue of change. There are two ways of looking at change; fear or welcome. Change is inevitable, and is the one constant within third dimensional reality. Change = evolution, both physical and spiritual. Many ones upon the Earth spend their whole time trying to maintain control over their lives and lock change out. Others attempt to control the amount of change they endure, while others still, embrace change with open arms. There is no right or wrong here but there is a sense of added benefit.

When one attempts to control the flow of destiny, one may be given the illusion that they are master of that destiny and that in itself may seem a reward. The downside to this is that inevitably, unanticipated change will surface and cause the flimsy foundation of control to collapse. The result is change through pain and confusion.

When one welcomes change, one must learn the skill of detachment and view events as being in the context of a greater plan or picture. One learns to brush

-off the emotional debris and to see the wisdom, eventually, in all change, even when it appears to be not "for the better". Though, it must be said, there is NO CHANGE that is not for the better. In this way, one effortlessly glides through destiny, accepting the gifts of wisdom and discarding the burden of fear. When one flows with the current, one isn't buffeted by the shores of anxiety. Of course, there are always snags in the water, but such stoppages are only temporary. I can milk this analogy more and say, that one must be careful not to let the current of life flow by without you!

A great deal of change has been brought about in this world of recent years. To many, it seems as though the 20th century is just a series of increasingly technological advancements which leave humanity struggling to emotionally keep-up. And to a large degree this is so, hence psychological and physical burn-out experienced by so many. The upside is, however, that a great deal of change has also occured spiritually on and about this planet too.

All change impacts upon all. That is, as we are all points of the one creation, what happens to one of us, impacts on all. It may not seem immediate or even connected, but truly, when one suffers, or alternatively, gains insight, we all benefit from the learning curve. Each and every individual experience you have is pooled into the mass consciousness of creation, not only of this planet but of the cosmos and beyond. Just as you believe you are the sum of experiences of this lifetime (and there are those who believe in many lifetimes), so it is that the sum of experiences of all its creation.

So what I am saying, is that though there is always change about you. I alert you to the fact that great changes lay ahead of you in this coming year of 1997, and that how you greet this change, and change in general, impacts upon the rest of us, and ultimately the Creator-source. And of course ultimately yourself, as the Creator-source resides within.

Many predict events and change, but we of the higher dimensions rarely do so, for we are aware of the motion of change and how there is an infinite amout of concurrent realities which can come into play at any moment. But we are firm in the belief that 1997 will herald many events that Lightworkers have anticipated, and prayed for, for some time. Over and above this, 1997 will be a very personal year wherein change resides at the doorstep of each of you. It is a year of personal reckoning in one sense, yet it is not to be feared. There will be some testings of loyalty and faith, and of inner purpose and self-esteem, yet all of this is a strengthening process and a neccesary flushing of fear-based behaviour.

Many of you may fine yourselves in situations or geographical regions which you would never have anticipated. It is as if you are all to be placed into areas of service, and living situations, preparation for something BIG. What this big is I cannot say, and cannot be known, for it is impossibleto predict the mind of the Creator whose instantaneous acts of creation (both life and situation) is dependent upon the level of love we each generate and accept at any given moment. Considering our very essence is unconditional LOve, it is a matter of being able to express our true selves, which requires an often painful process of peeling away the layers of ego and 'personality' and of course, fear. When we allow our loving selves to shine forth (for light is a physical expression of love), then quite often our lives become more dynamic, change is brought into play more frequently.

For, you see, change is to be welcomed, for the more change you experience, the greater opportunity you have to grow, and the more quickly one comes to understand oneself and thus others, and hence draw closer to an Ascended state. So, next year, you will all be given the gift of an increase in change that will be brought to you. A certain degree of upheaval, then, is to be expected, along with growth and - a very big joy. For a great many of you change can mean more joy in your life, for many are experiencing joyless living, so to manifest joy would indeed be a change. Change then, can mean the fabulous too! But do remember, ALL change is good.

So dearest friends, I ask that you release any fear around change, and welcome the opportunity to become dynamic and loving. Release the ties you have to materiality for this will be a part of next year's reckoning, and remember, you are not alone in this process. Any time you feel unable to cope, or are fearful, call upon we of the Higher Realms to assist. And remember also, you do not have to anticipate so called painful change, it can be about bringing more joy and abundance into play also!
